The quality of corrugating rolls directly affects the cost of corrugated board production. Ordinary companies occasionally test corrugated rolls. So, what aspects of the detection will affect the corrugated board? Let's talk about it below.
First, corrugated roller spacing
The distance between the two peaks is also calculated by the number of corrugations within a certain distance. Generally, the larger the lay length, the more unfavorable for printing, but the twist rate of the crepe is relatively low, which can reduce the amount of paper used for corrugated paper, but has an effect on the side pressure of the corrugated board.
Second, the corrugated roller is high
楞高 refers to the distance between the valleys in the middle of the two peaks. Generally, the higher the height of the cardboard, the stronger the paper edge pressure is. The more paper is used, the higher the thickness of the cardboard, but the flat pressure of the cardboard is relatively low. The rolls are also more prone to wear.
Third, the corrugated stick is high
In order to allow the corrugating rolls to be pressed on the core paper and the inner paper in parallel in operation, the lower corrugating rolls generally have a certain medium height. Some of the pressure rollers are medium to high and some are not. This is set according to the characteristics of the equipment. The so-called medium-high, that is, the middle portion of the corrugating roller has a diameter larger than the diameter of both ends of the corrugating roller, and is generally between 30 and 60 filaments. The amount of the medium-high one depends on the diameter, width and material of the roller.
Fourth, corrugated roller diameter
The larger the diameter of the corrugated stick, the better the rigidity, the less the medium and high, the more steam can be stored in the roller, the smaller the vibration, the easier it is to operate. The disadvantage is that the contact surface of the core paper is large, resulting in a large tension of the core paper.
Five, corrugated roller occlusion gap
When the upper and lower corrugating rolls are engaged, if the occlusion gap of the corrugated wall is too small, the corrugated core paper will be broken and the corrugated strength will be affected; if the occlusion gap is too large, the resonance of the corrugating roller will be increased.
Sixth, corrugation rate
After the corrugation is formed, the length of the corrugated straight is compared with the length of the unstraightened. Generally, the higher the corrugation rate, the more paper is used. If the same material is used, the compressive strength is higher and the flat compressive strength is lower.
