On May 26th, Hunan Science and Technology Department organized 9 experts and experts from Central South University, Central South University of Forestry and Technology, Hunan University of Technology, and Hunan Xingsha Packing Co., Ltd. to print high-precision corrugated cardboard developed by Zhuzhou Sanxin Packaging Technology Co., Ltd. The machine carried out scientific and technological achievements appraisal, experts and professors inspected the equipment prototype, assembly site, inspection and analysis of the printed samples, reviewed the appraisal data, heard the report of the project completion unit, and formed the following appraisal opinions after questioning and careful discussion:
1. The provided identification data is complete and standardized, and the data is reliable and meets the requirements for identification.
2. The developed high-precision corrugated board printing press has a registration accuracy of ±0.25mm, the printed cable reaches 100L/inch, the maximum production speed is 200P/min, and the minimum adjustment of the pressure adjustment gap is 0.01mm.
3. The aircraft has a number of innovative technologies in its domestic counterparts: A high-precision, full-servo, shaftless transmission system based on fieldbus technology has been developed; an automatic pressure control system for precision flexo printers has been developed; advanced sealing is designed Squeegee device; developed a unique reverse imposition process and tilt correction plate roller structure.
4. The machine is cost-effective, easy to operate, reliable, stable performance, in line with the requirements of environmental protection, can completely replace imported similar machines, and has international competitiveness, the market prospects are broad.
Experts believe that the integrated technology of corrugated board printing presses is the first in China and ranks first in the international advanced level of similar products. At the same time, it proposed to the project unit to further improve the appearance design and surface treatment process and develop the domestic and foreign markets as soon as possible.
It is understood that high-precision corrugated cardboard printing machines contain 11 national patents with independent intellectual property rights, including the “flexible printing press precision pressure control system”. The machine has been identified as a “high-tech product,” and Zhuzhou Sanxin Packaging Technology Co., Ltd. has Has been identified as "high-tech enterprise."
