[China Packaging Network News] Keeping fruits and vegetables fresh is to reduce water loss, inhibit biological respiration and bacterial growth, and remove ethylene gas that causes them to age and ripen. Preservation of corrugated cardboard is handled manually from these sources.
1. Clip type
The plastic film soaked with the antibacterial agent and the preservative is made in the corrugated cardboard, and then the inner surface of the corrugated paper is coated with the CTM preservative, the composition of which is shown in Table 1. 2. Compound
The aluminum-coated cling film is laminated on the inner surface of the corrugated paperboard. The composite film has the function of absorbing ethylene gas. The aluminized film can prevent moisture from evaporating, and can reflect radiant heat to prevent the temperature in the box from rising and play a role in freshness preservation. .
3. Foaming type
Combine foam and corrugated. Compared with ordinary type, sandwich-type corrugated board, it has better preservation effect (see Table 2).
(1) The moisture permeability is 1/20 of an ordinary corrugated cardboard, and it is not easy to cause fruit and vegetable contraction due to moisture evaporation.
(2) Since the number of heat-conducting systems is low, the heat-resistance effect is good, and no sudden temperature fluctuations occur in the box. (3) Because of its low air permeability, it can be used to adjust the storage atmosphere. Using the above three kinds of corrugated board to make cartons, the fresh-keeping effect of cauliflower was evaluated. As a result, the oxygen content in the foam-type fresh-keeping corrugated board box gradually decreased, the CO concentration increased, and the respiration and growth of the cauliflower were suppressed; the cardboard was packaged with a sandwich-type cardboard. Although cauliflower blooms due to lack of oxygen, there are pests and diseases, and there are strong offensive odors; while the atmosphere in the ordinary carton is almost the same as the atmosphere, and the cauliflower turns yellow.
4. Hybrid
In the process of manufacturing corrugated board inner paper, porous ethylene gas absorbing powder is added to prevent ripening; special ceramic powder capable of emitting infrared light of 6 m to 41*m wavelength can also be coated on the raw paper, and it can emit infrared light at normal temperature. Not only can the relevant molecules in the fruit be activated, it can increase the resistance to microbial attack, but it can also activate the enzyme and increase the sweetness of the fruit. For peach, grape, bayberry and other fruits fresh packaging effect is good.
