Since we know the wear mechanism of the corrugating roller, we should try our best to slow down the wear and damage to the corrugating roller. For example, in the selection of corrugated paper, it is necessary to control the sediment content of the paper; narrow-width paper should try to use both ends of the corrugating roll and often exchange; always check whether the axis between the rolls is parallel, that is, the corrugated roll must be adjusted. The degree of parallelism; whether the corrugated roller has been relieved when it is idling; the size of the matching pressure must meet the process requirements for corrugating.
In addition, we must pay attention to the daily inspection and maintenance of the corrugated roller, such as cleaning and lubrication and refueling.
