Corrugated paper box computer proofing system consists of the following two parts:

1. PC and professional design software:

Based on windows operating system and installed box type CAD design software. First, in the PC design software to complete the box design, graphics design can use vector graphics software, such as Corldraw, Freehand and other software, but generally need to buy and install carton, carton professional design software. The professional design software fully considers the processing characteristics of the carton and carton industry: it contains powerful drawing modules and tools, and is rich in box-type libraries that meet international industry standards, making the design of cartons and cartons easy and fast. And the box library can continuously supplement the model; the 3D stereoscopic image display function can be used with the 3DS VITUAL to facilitate the simulation of the boxing effect. Professional design software also has a powerful imposition function, simply set the necessary parameters can automatically generate imposition. Some professional design software takes full account of the difficulties in the manufacture of die-cutting boards. Common functions such as center positioning, compensation lines, indentation bottom stickers, bounce sponges and the like used in the production of the templates are all integrated with related buttons in the design software, and the operation is completed in one step, and the precision of the manufactured die cutting board is high. Therefore, the use of box-type professional design software is more effective for work, and the design software is highly stable and supports a rich graphics file format, and it is better to use the design software integrated with the proofer equipment.



2. The proofer with cutter and creasing wheel tool head installed:

Carton carton CAD design software completes carton and carton box type design and then transfers file data from PC serial port to proofer: After the proofer receives data data, it performs corresponding cutting and creasing processing (some machines can also finish Color pattern ink jet printing) Carton box samples were completed. The basic structure of the proofer is shown in Fig. 1. The working plane is the plane coordinate system with the X axis in the longitudinal direction and the Y axis in the transverse direction. The movement of the tool head is in two directions.

(b) Operation of proofer:

1. Use the professional design software on the PC to complete the design of the carton, mark the size and save it as the corresponding file format.

2. When the machine is turned off, the cardboard to be processed is placed in an appropriate position on the work surface, a vacuum pump is started, and the fixed cardboard is sucked.
3, open the machine control panel drive switch. Use the arrow keys to move the multifunction head to the starting point of the work start and use the positioning laser head to set the work origin. Press the start/stop button to open the proofer connection mode and prepare to receive data. From the PC, export the CAD software-designed file data and send it to the proofer through the serial port.

4. After the proofer finishes work, press the start/stop button to return to the main menu.

(3) Computer Proofer Assist System

1. Vacuum system: In order to fix the paperboard for cutting indentation on the workbench of the proofer, the proofer provides a vacuum system to keep the paperboard fixed. There are mainly vacuum pumps, plastic pipes, under the air groove, with a dense row of ventilation holes on the plate. In order to obtain the desired effect of sucking and keeping the cardboard, the working area should be larger than the maximum vacuum area. The sealed and sealed tank edge is used for adsorption and fixation, which can strongly adsorb small area materials.
2. Optional high-precision electronic eye, with a dedicated keyboard can set a variety of parameters and auxiliary large LCD display parameters and work status, friendly interface, easy to operate.

3, the drive system: electrical control box installed IC, computer motherboards, I / O board to complete and PC machine computer file data reception, conversion. Communication with multi-tool heads, control of cutters, pinch rollers, and drawing pens. Advanced micro-stepping technology and stepping servo motors are used for horizontal and vertical driving. High-precision feedback encoders are installed on the motor shaft to achieve high control accuracy. High-precision linear slide (made in Germany) The ball screw drive is equipped with a filter and silencer. The linear slide and ball screw provide a great deal of accuracy and mechanical performance. The linear slides are rolling friction, and the friction coefficient is very small, thus ensuring the high positioning accuracy of the cutting process, which is used in high-speed motion and greatly reduces the required driving power to avoid the poor operation of the machine.

(d) Maintenance

Every day, the machine should clean the machine table, guide rails and brackets to make the machine sanitary; use oily rags to clean and lubricate the rails.
